The approximately 625 families who live in the area of the Town of Mamaroneck bounded by the center line of Palmer Avenue on the north, the center line of Larchmont Avenue on the east, the center line of the Boston Post Road on the south, and the border of the City of New Rochelle on the west. Most, but not all, of Pine Brook falls within the boundaries of the Village of Larchmont.
The Board of Directors of the Association meets periodically, usually quarterly but more often if there are major issues to be dealt with. Meetings are open to the membership, and are typically held in a director's home. The Board, which consists solely of members, is elected by the members.
The dues are $10 per year.
